SHIPPING POLICY

At Scorpio Reign we partner with major global couriers to ensure your order arrives securely and on time. We ship to most countries.

Orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days, however, orders can ship as quickly as 24 hours after payment.  Your order is then picked up by the courier and it’s on it’s way to you! Delivery typically takes between 7 – 21  days, depending on your location. 

You will receive a tracking number. It may take a few days days for the tracking to start updating, don’t worry, that is normal. If no tracking or movement happens for more than 7 days please contact us using the “Chat with Us” button at the bottom of your screen and we will happily contact the courier for you.

Important Shipping Information

To avoid fraudulent transactions, your order will be delivered to your payment’s billing address. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please confirm that your address is complete and accurate, including your ZIP/postal code and apartment or suite number, if applicable.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $60 USD re-shipping fee will apply. Please note that we are unable to modify a customer’s name, contact number and address after an order has been shipped.

Scorpio Reign is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or seized packages once it has been picked up by the courier company. 

Customs Duties & Import Fees

Customs fees are determined by your local government. Depending on your country’s regulations, your parcel may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Scorpio Reign does not cover or reimburse customs charges under any circumstances.

Missing Delivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your item was delivered, but you did not receive it, we kindly ask you to check with your neighbors and your local office of the courier. Scorpio Reign is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. In such cases, we strongly recommend filing a police report with your local authorities.

Delivery Delays

Should your package be delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us using the “Chat with Us” button at the bottom of your screen. While we are happy to reach out to the courier on your behalf, please understand that delays due to customs, natural disasters, flight restrictions, flight availability, strikes or peak holiday periods are beyond our control.
