RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

SECTION 1: OVERVIEW

At Scorpio Reign, we inspect each item before it is carefully packaged and sent on it’s way to you, however a mistake can happen. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with pictures within 24 hours of delivery so we can promptly assist you. 

We offer a 7day window to request a return. This means you have 7 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and you are no longer able to return it or get a refund.

SECTION 2: RETURN SHIPPING

Once your return has been approved, we will give you the instructions to sent the item back to us. The customer pays the return shipping and handling fees. We will send you a replacement item and refund your shipping costs (ONE complete shipping receipt needs to be provided showing your name that’s on your order, the name and address we gave you to ship the item to, and the total shipping cost).

To remain eligible, the returned package must be received by us with the all the original packaging intact and be unused, within a 21-day period.

Please note: We do not accept return or refund requests for damaged packaging or if you simply changed your mind. 

Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping fees including relevant tariffs. All returns must be sent back to us. For quality assurance, all returns are carefully documented by us on video upon receipt.

SECTION 3: RETURN CRITERIA

To ensure a seamless return experience, these conditions must be met:
* You received a defective item or we sent you an incorrect item.
* The item must be in its original, unworn, unused condition.
* All tags and packaging must be intact.

REMOVAL OF TAGS AND OTHER PACKAGING IMMEDIATELY VOIDS YOUR RETURN. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEM THOROUGHLY BEFORE REMOVING THEM.

SECTION 4:  HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To begin your return process, please email us at [email protected] on the same day your parcel was delivered, i.e. within 24 hours of receiving it. Please include clear photographs in natural lighting of the manufacturing defect or incorrect item. We are committed to ensuring every customer experience is exceptional and will work swiftly to resolve any issues.

When your request is approved, we will provide instructions for you to return the package to us. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding its approval status.

Kindly note that returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted and we are under no obligation to resend any package sent to us without our prior approval. If we do agree to resend a package sent to us without our prior approval, the customer pays the total shipping cost and any tariffs incurred. 

SECTION 5:  REFUND POLICY

If the delivery period has expired and you still haven’t received your tracking number or your order, please email us at [email protected] for a FULL REFUND. This does not apply to backorders. Also, orders canceled before the order is in “order processing” status will be immediately refunded. All other orders cannot be refunded, they can only be returned after it has been delivered to you.

We cannot refund an order after it has been picked up by the shipping company.  Refunds and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Depending on your payment method it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected by the payment provider. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. 

SECTION 6:  SALE POLICY 

All SALE items on our website cannot be refunded or returned, they are FINAL SALE.
